COVID-19 Guidelines
EvoWorm 2022 COVID-19 Policies:
We ask that all attendees wear a mask while participating in indoor conference activities.

Masks available upon request.

Meals and coffee breaks will take place with easy access to the outdoors.

We're working to procure free test kits. If you test positive or have other reason to believe you've been exposed during the conference, please tell us. We can keep things confidential if you like, but we would like to share risk information with attendees to minimize potential transmissions.

McMaster COVID-19 Policies:

The university has not updated all of its policies into the future so we can only communicate what we have in place now which in summary is:

masks required except when eating, no physical distancing (although suggested while eating)
2 dose vaccines required

* To attend a McMaster location, all visitors must use the [McMaster Safety App](https://security.mcmaster.ca/safety-app/) to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination at least one hour before their first time attending a McMaster location.

In addition, all individuals must not attend a McMaster location if they have symptoms of COVID-19 or are otherwise unable to successfully complete the provincial government’s COVID-19 self assessment.
